Psychiatry Services
Diagnostic evaluation

The diagnostic evaluation is the first and initial appointment between the client and the provider. During this appointment which typically lasts about an hour, the provider will take the time to get to know the client. The provider may ask questions about the client’s history, current and past moods, and behaviors. The provider will also ask questions about the client’s life experiences. This information will help the provider determine the best strategy to address the client’s symptoms.

What we treat

We treat a variety of psychiatric conditions, including major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, addiction problems, and schizophrenia. We also specialize in women’s mental health.

Telepsychiatry

We recognize some of the greatest barriers to obtaining mental health care are busy schedules, commute times to and from appointments, and easy access to a provider. Telepsychiatry offers a great opportunity to cut through these barriers and greatly enhance access to care through virtual health.
