Treat the person,
not the diagnosis.
Why nursing
I was an RN for three years before I asked myself: why end here? As a nurse practitioner I could prescribe, diagnose and actually change the outcome instead of watching from the edge of the room.
Why I left
I quit my job of three years in urgent care. I was not happy with the hours and I was not happy with the work. I felt like I should be doing more than treating flu and colds. So I said: why don’t I open a clinic that focuses on overall wellness and beauty? That is how we started, with weight loss and IV hydration.
Why it is personal
As a mother of four, including a child on the autism spectrum, I know what it feels like to advocate for someone you love and feel like your concerns are not being fully heard. It made me more patient, more attentive, and intentional about including families in the care process.
Why trust comes first
I have cared for patients across many settings and backgrounds. Trust has to be earned before good care is possible. My goal is a space where patients feel comfortable, respected, and never rushed or judged.
Our Team

Twenty seven sentences
we hear on a first visit.

“They told me I just needed to lose weight.”
“I’ve tried everything, and nothing works anymore.”
“I barely eat, but I keep gaining weight.”
“I don’t recognize myself in the mirror.”
“I’m tired of being tired.”
“I thought I was losing my mind.”
“They said I was too young for menopause.”
“I was told hormones were dangerous.”
“I stopped bringing it up because no one listened.”
“They made me feel like I was exaggerating.”
“I just want someone to believe me.”
The turning point
She came in exhausted,
gaining weight despite trying
everything, and no longer
confident in her own body.
Before us she had seen several providers and was told repeatedly that her labs were “normal”, that her symptoms were just part of aging, or that she needed to eat less and exercise more. She felt dismissed. She had started to believe that nothing could be done.
After starting weight loss, peptides and hormones, her life changed. She slept. Her anxiety settled. Her relationship with her husband and her kids improved. Then she signed her husband up too.
